The CSI Bergamo App, developed by the Italian Civil Protection Ministry, is designed to provide public authorities with information to better protect the population in the event of natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, and other events that may cause loss of life, property, and infrastructure.
The application has been developed with the participation of a number of Italian regional governments and local authorities.
In addition to information about the specific event that is happening, the application also provides the public with information about the local emergency plan, which is prepared by the local authorities in accordance with the National Civil Protection Plan.
The App is available for free download on Google Play.
